3. What data we process

(a) Data you submit yourself. When filling out the contact form or a service application form, we receive your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address (if provided), the selected topic or service, and the content of your message (e.g. a description of the object).

(b) Technical data generated automatically. When you visit the website, the server and browser may process your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the time of the visit. This data is necessary for the secure operation of the website.

4. Purposes of processing

We process personal data in order to:

  • respond to your questions and requests;
  • prepare an offer and provide the requested service;
  • ensure the operation and security of the website and improve its content.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Optional content is loaded only after your consent.

  • Necessary (functional) – your cookie choice is stored in the browser (entry "cookie-consent") to remember your choice. These technologies are mandatory and do not require consent.
  • Third-party embedded content – the TikTok video feed (@ekamera2016). It is loaded only after your consent and may set its own cookies as well as transfer data to the TikTok platform.
  • The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

7. Data recipients and processors

We may transfer personal data to trusted service providers (data processors) acting on our behalf:

  • Hosting – Hostinger (servers in the European Union); data is stored in the EU/EEA.
  • Communication via WhatsApp – when you fill out the form, a message is prepared on your device and sent to us via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta); this correspondence is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
  • Embedded content – TikTok (video feed), loaded only after consent.

Data is not sold to third parties. If individual service providers (such as WhatsApp/Meta or TikTok) process data outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of an appropriate safeguard mechanism, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Retention period

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the relevant purpose:

  • communication and application data – up to 2 years after the last contact;
  • accounting documents – 5 years in accordance with Latvian legislation, if a transaction takes place;
  • cookies – according to the validity period of each cookie.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • correct inaccurate data;
  • erase data ("the right to be forgotten");
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time.
